If writing is thinking (and it is!) then having someone that you can bounce ideas off of is a great way to get yourself started.My goal is not to write for you, but to enable you to write for yourself. I can help you develop ideas, try out sentences, word choice, and paragraph structure, and then we can work together to make your writing what you need it to be.I'm also transgender, so I specialize in helping people who are LGBTQA+, and are looking for someone who is like them as a tutor.

About Me
I'm Nonah Rose Palmer. I've moved to Cedar Rapids from Lafayette, Louisiana, and I have a PhD in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. My specialties are queer science fiction, transgender literature, and magical realism. I've taught composition, creative writing, and literature for several years, and I've had the good fortune to have some of my poetry, fiction, and nonfiction published.I'm queer, and interested in seeing other queer folks not only survive but thrive.
